The Connecticut Food Association is pleased to host Molly Montville from Elon University as our Summer Communications Intern. Molly is a rising senior, with majors in Strategic Communications and Economics.

Over the course of her college years, she has been recognized as a Dean’s List Scholar, a Branding Executive at Live Oak Communications, and currently serves as Vice President Of Communications for the Alpha Xi Delta sorority.

Molly also holds outstanding technical skills that include: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, and other social media content specializations.

Molly is from Wolcott, Connecticut and has already hit the ground running at CFA headquarters this summer helping us advocate on behalf of the Connecticut grocery community. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to: the enhancement of CFA’s monthly newsletter – FoodBytes, developing campaign marketing materials focusing on our key issues (infant formula crisis, supply-chain management, grocery tax, tolls, labor issues), digital media strategy, social media posts, and legislative visits.

Molly hopes to use her experience at CFA to aid in her future career goal of working in Communications in the Economics sector to advocate on behalf of companies to consumers and investors alike.
